A written decision record
Scope, selected system, pricing assumptions, and production next steps are documented so the project can move forward from a shared understanding.
We represent you, not them
We document the damage, prepare the Xactimate scope, meet the adjuster on the roof, and supplement the claim until it reflects what the work actually costs. On average we add 35% to settled claims.
Scope, access, and site conditions are reviewed before work is scheduled.
Insurance adjusters are trained to find the cheapest way to make a claim go away. Most of them are honest, but they work for the carrier — not for you. Without an advocate on your side, the first offer is almost always low.
Our claim advocacy service is exactly what it sounds like. We scope the loss in Xactimate (the same software the carrier uses), meet the adjuster in person, dispute line items that are missing or underpriced, and file supplements with photo evidence. When the check comes in, it reflects the real cost of proper repair.
You do not have to hire us for the repair to get the advocacy service — but most clients do, because we already know the scope cold.
Included in the scope
The right scope considers the property, the service, and the details needed for a useful outcome.
Project communication
Scope, responsibilities, and communication should be easy to understand before the work begins.
Scope, selected system, pricing assumptions, and production next steps are documented so the project can move forward from a shared understanding.
Protection, access, removal, materials, cleanup, and applicable warranty terms are considered as part of the work.
Opted-in customers can receive appointment reminders, project updates, and closeout follow-up by text.
Pricing considerations
per claim. Final pricing is confirmed after the property, access, and scope are reviewed.
Before you begin
Similar function, different license. We are a licensed contractor with deep Xactimate expertise. Public adjusters typically charge 10-20% — we charge less and often waive the fee if we do the repair.
You authorize us as your representative on a simple one-page form. From then on we are copied on all claim correspondence and attend adjuster meetings.
We file a supplement with additional evidence and request a re-inspection with a different adjuster. About 70% of denials get reversed. If we cannot get it approved, our percentage-fee version costs you nothing.
No. Carriers deal with contractors and adjusters professionally every day. You have a contractual right to representation in a claim. Using that right does not trigger non-renewal.
Yes. Deductibles are a legal obligation — no contractor who tells you they will "waive" your deductible is being honest. We do not do that.
