A written decision record
Scope, selected system, pricing assumptions, and production next steps are documented so the project can move forward from a shared understanding.
Roof-first solar planning
Arch City is building solar around roof condition, energy usage, incentives, financing goals, and supplier-confirmed pricing. Roofing estimates are active now; solar estimates open once final numbers are locked.
Scope, access, and site conditions are reviewed before work is scheduled.
Solar should never be sold apart from the roof underneath it. Before panels go on, Arch City reviews roof age, roof condition, exposure, electrical readiness, utility usage, available incentives, and financing fit.
Solar pricing is not quote-ready yet while supplier numbers are being finalized. Greater St. Louis property owners can start a readiness conversation now.
If your roof should be replaced before solar, we will say that first. If the roof is ready, we document the solar-readiness path so the project can move cleanly when pricing opens.
Included in the scope
The right scope considers the property, the service, and the details needed for a useful outcome.
Project communication
Scope, responsibilities, and communication should be easy to understand before the work begins.
Scope, selected system, pricing assumptions, and production next steps are documented so the project can move forward from a shared understanding.
Protection, access, removal, materials, cleanup, and applicable warranty terms are considered as part of the work.
Opted-in customers can receive appointment reminders, project updates, and closeout follow-up by text.
Pricing considerations
per property. Final pricing is confirmed after the property, access, and scope are reviewed.
Before you begin
Not yet. Roofing estimates are active now, but Arch City is still finalizing supplier pricing before issuing solar numbers. You can start a solar-readiness conversation so the roof, usage, and timing are ready.
Sometimes. We review roof age, roof condition, and remaining life before recommending solar so panels are not installed over a roof that needs replacement soon.
We can plan the roof first and document solar readiness, but solar pricing is not released until supplier numbers are finalized.
